The 33 Hotel, located in the Seaport district of New York City, presents an exclusive celebration nestled within the historic South Street Seaport of Downtown Manhattan. Offering panoramic views of the East River, the Brooklyn Bridge, Pier 17 and the New York City skyline, the hotel provides an exceptional vantage point for viewing the fireworks display. Ticket purchase includes a three-hour open bar and appetizer stations. The event commences in the hotel lobby and restaurant, after which attendees will proceed to designated viewing terraces located on the 6th and 7th floors to observe the fireworks spectacle.

Tickets are sold on an on-demand / dynamic basis, meaning the price increases as ticket availability goes down. July 4th ticket prices often go up significantly (100% +) the closer it gets to July 4th. IMPORTANT: Events will sell out in advance of July 4th.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT WATERFRONT AREA PARTY VENUES ON JULY 4TH
- You MUST enter the area at a specific entry point in order to access this event
- There will be barricades set up throughout NYC at the discretion of NYPD that will limit where pedestrians can / cannot walk on July 4th
- The New York Police Department requires that guests present tickets in order to access party venues that are within barricaded areas
- Large crowds should be expected and you may be required to wait outside for a period of time (Show up early and help reduce the wait time)
- Regardless of admittance time to your party, make sure to enter the area at your designated venue entry point no later than 8:30 PM
- All movement in the area will be at the discretion of NYPD and guests accept all risks and agree to adhere to all NYPD rules and regulations for the evening
- Strict admittance restrictions may be in place during the fireworks (9:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
